Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Processing and production times vary depending on the type of order.In-stock merchandise may be available to ship shortly after payment and order verification are completed.Made-to-order, custom, special-order, and sourced-to-order jewelry requires additional time for sourcing, production, finishing, inspection, and quality control.An estimated production or fulfillment timeframe may be provided when your order is confirmed.Any timeframe provided is an estimate unless Ecstatic Diamonds expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery date in writing.Please note that production time and shipping transit time are separate. Once production is complete, additional time is required for the carrier to transport and deliver the package.

Because fine jewelry can be of significant value, Ecstatic Diamonds may insure shipments against qualifying loss or damage while in transit.Insurance coverage, carrier requirements, and claim procedures vary depending on the shipment.Customers must cooperate with any reasonable documentation, investigation, affidavit, identification, or other requirement imposed by the carrier or insurance provider in connection with a shipping claim.

Signature Required

For security, many Ecstatic Diamonds shipments may require a signature upon delivery.High-value orders may require an adult signature or direct signature at the delivery address.The customer is responsible for ensuring that an appropriate recipient is available to accept the shipment.Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts or hold a package for pickup if nobody is available to sign.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay required customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges and the shipment is returned to Ecstatic Diamonds, any refund or credit will be subject to our Refund / Return Policy and the eligibility of the merchandise for return.Shipping charges, return shipping, customs charges, brokerage costs, and other expenses incurred as a result of the refusal or failure to accept delivery may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable where permitted by law.Custom, made-to-order, personalized, special-order, or sourced-to-order merchandise remains subject to its applicable final-sale restrictions.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Delivery Delays

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless a particular delivery service expressly guarantees them.Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, security reviews, holidays, natural events, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.If an unexpected issue prevents us from shipping your merchandise within an expressly promised timeframe, we will communicate with you regarding the delay and available options as required by applicable law. Federal rules require merchants covered by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule to address shipping delays rather than simply leaving an order open indefinitely.

Changes After Shipment

Once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier, Ecstatic Diamonds may not be able to modify the delivery address, delivery method, recipient, or delivery instructions.Requests to redirect or alter a shipment are subject to carrier and insurance restrictions and may require identity verification.

Returns
